Banoffee, a British cream filling made from banana and toffee.
This video will teach you how to make a banoffee cake.
Ingredients:
2 cups of crushed graham
1 pack of all-purpose cream
Condensed milk
3 bananas
1/4 cup of butter
- Pour crushed graham into your container. Use shallow container, so you can easily slice out a piece when you serve it later.
- Melt butter in a room temperature (will take several hours) or on a low heat fire (quick and easy).
- Pour it on crushed graham, mix it well, and press to mold a base.
- Cut bananas and arrange it on top of the base.
- Pour condensed milk into the pan with low fire to make toffee, and pour it on top of bananas.
- Mix your all-purpose cream and condensed milk very well (use electric beater) and spread it on top of bananas.
- Sprinkle crushed graham and some crushed cookies on top, decorate, and put it in a chiller overnight or several hours.
