Highway 2000 Phase 2, a paved short-cut road from Rizal Avenue in Taytay, Rizal going to Taytay Public Market, Barkadahan Bridge, Club Manila East, and Municipal Government of Taytay.

It is a 2-way one lane road. Traffic is diverted here whenever there's an important event in the town proper of Taytay.
