Cooking Pork Adobo

This video will teach you how to cook a simple pork adobo with simple ingredients.


2 lbs. Pork belly
2 tbsp. Crushed garlic
Laurel leaves
4 tbsp. Vinegar
One half cup of Soy sauce
1 tbsp. Whole pepper corn
1 cup of Water


  1. First, mix and marinate pork belly with soy sauce and garlic for at least an hour or overnight is recommended.

  2. Put the marinated ingredients on heated pan and cook it for a few minutes.

  3. Add water, whole pepper corn, and Laurel leaves.

  4. Simmer for 40 minutes or more.

  5. Put vinegar and simmer again for about 15 minutes.

  6. Serve it and enjoy.
You can also use chicken instead of pork.
