This video will teach you how to cook a simple pork adobo with simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
2 lbs. Pork belly
2 tbsp. Crushed garlic
Laurel leaves
4 tbsp. Vinegar
One half cup of Soy sauce
1 tbsp. Whole pepper corn
1 cup of Water
Direction:
- First, mix and marinate pork belly with soy sauce and garlic for at least an hour or overnight is recommended.
- Put the marinated ingredients on heated pan and cook it for a few minutes.
- Add water, whole pepper corn, and Laurel leaves.
- Simmer for 40 minutes or more.
- Put vinegar and simmer again for about 15 minutes.
- Serve it and enjoy.
