Smart Money MasterCard Paypal verification

Smart money MasterCard can be used to verify your Paypal account. For me, it is the easiest and most convenient way to verify your Paypal account. Unlike using other banks, you have to wait for a few days to get the 4 digit code coming from Paypal and get it from your local bank.

I have used Smart money MasterCard to verify my Paypal account and it took just less than 30 minutes to complete the whole verification.

To verify your account:

1. log-in to your Paypal account.


2. Click "Verify account" or on "My Account" tab, point your mouse to Profile menu (don’t click), another menu will drop down automatically, and click "Add/Edit Credit Card".


3. Enter all information needed in the text box, and choose MasterCard as your card.


4. Before you click the "Add Card" button, make sure your card is unlocked for online transaction; then you have atleast Php150 to Php200 balance in your account, and your Account name on your Paypal and Smart Money are matched. Then click add button.


5. The 4 digit code will be sent to you right away via SMS, and Php100 plus Php50 will be debited to your account after successful transaction. But Php100 will be refunded to your Paypal account, and Php50 to your Smart Money account again after a few hours or days.

That’s it, your Paypal account is verified without going to your local bank and wait for days to get your Paypal 4-digit code.
